Volunteers provide a priceless gift to the programs of Catholic Charities West Michigan. There are many varied opportunities for individuals, families and groups to provide help and create hope for those in need.

Safety is of utmost importance at CCWM, and we complete background checks on all interested volunteers. Requirements may vary for different volunteer opportunities.
Upon completion of registration, you will be contacted by the volunteer office to match you with an opportunity that matches your skills, interests, and availability. Orientation and agency volunteer handbook will be provided at the time of coordination.

God's Kitchen Food and Pantry Programs
Volunteers are needed to help with serving a lunch meal at God’s Kitchen in Grand Rapids. Dedicated weekly or monthly volunteers are needed at the following locations and times:
- God’s Kitchen, Grand Rapids
- Meal assistance
- Monday- Friday from 11-3 PM
Muskegon Food Pantry
Our Muskegon Food Pantry is seeking volunteers to assist with stocking the pantry, assisting clients with shopping and food pick-up’s, 1-2 days per week. Volunteers assisting with food pick-up must have a valid driver’s license and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Food pickup and delivery takes about two hours.
Home Delivered Meals, Grand Rapids
God’s Kitchen, Grand Rapids is in need of drivers who use their own vehicle to pick up meals and deliver them to the homebound. Routes are available on Monday, Wednesday or Fridays of each week and takes approximately 1-2 hours. We are currently in need of volunteers to take a permanent weekly, bi-weekly or monthly shift. Volunteers must have a valid driver’s license and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Host a Bowl Painting Party
- We are in need of volunteers to paint bowls that are given to guests at our benefit events that support God's Kitchen Food and Pantry programming.
- We provide all materials (brushes, paints, bowls, etc.)
- On your own time!
