Visit house
Hope for reunification
Visit House offers support services for parents who have children in the foster care system and are participating in a reunification plan, as well as provides for pre-adoption meetings and visits to take place in a family-friendly, neutral atmosphere.
Visit House has a full kitchen, dining room, four large playrooms, a craft room, and a swing set outside. Families are welcome to prepare a meal together, make a holiday art project, or read a book together, all under the supervision of trained Visit House staff.
Additionally, one-on-one parent mentoring offers biological parents the opportunity to meet with a Parent Advocate on a weekly basis. Parent Advocates and biological parent work on goals identified by the foster care case worker, such as age appropriate discipline, food preparation, and baby and child care.
